"I’m going to update this now that there is a bit more but it still doesn’t change much of the experience. I don’t even know what I would give them right now. It’s still The worst experience / agency I’ve ever dealt with. Bring forth all your information and still writes the policy wrong. Policy gets denied and Instead of coming to you and saying we made an error they just let you go. They let you go and ignore you before any frustrations start to rise or escalate. They start to ignore you and just lets things get worse and when you ask why? YOU ARE THE PROBLEM? “You are too assertive”. Hate to see it when a claim gets denied or goes wrong? Have fun when there’s a problem because Dakota will ignore you and pass you off to Joel who’s even more of a pain! They like to ignore their problems I guess. Good luck getting to Billy though! Finally got to speak to him after several attempts of asking. I think he was the only 1 who actually gave me reason or any form of explanation on what happened. But that doesn’t change the fact that they will take your money and you will have to figure out how to get it back in a timely manner. Let’s see how long I get to chase them! If I could recommend 1 thing to you. Train on your problem handling 1st. If something is starting to pick up even a little COMMUNICATE. Just a call or an email of “sorry working on it” and you would have had a few thousand from me consistently for YEARS to come. You knew of the issue well before it even got to me and you left me in the dark. That’s not how you treat “customers”. Nobody is perfect but communication goes a long way. I have so many receipts requesting communication and the frustration grows from the constant ignores. You can’t just leave silence when there’s a need. When you want your customers money your ringing but when we need you? *crickets*"
